I have never been to Portland. Just moved to the West coast. Plan to make it up there. Hear it's very hip. Thanks for the suggestions.
Hey Alicia,

I went to Portland last year & was able to go to The Farm Cafe. It is totally rad. It's in this old victorian house that was converted into a restaurant & the menu is awesome. They change it up every season I believe. Definitely worth a trip the next time you're there.
Portland is great, isn't it? It was so cool seeing you at the book signing! I conviced my sister to go vegan with me for 2 weeks. So far, so good. I really like teas since I am not doing coffee during these weeks. Do you know of any teas that are really yummy that I could get at the store?
I saw you on our morning program here in Portland  .. I wish I could have made your book signing .. glad you enjoyed it here with us, I have been here almost 4 years now and I really love this city !!  Like you, I was born and raised in the Bay Area ... but nothing beats the PNW. Have a great day .. your awesome and a great inspiration to eat healthy .. now if I could only get my beau to go for it  = )
Are you coming to Las Vegas next?
It was nice meeting you at the book signing in Portland. Thanks for giving a great talk and spreading compassion for the animals. I truly hope that your book makes it into the hand of many, many people and encourages positive change. And, hooray for Blossoming Lotus!!!
Hey Alicia!  Its your neighbor, Matt.  This book looks awesome, congratulations!  I grew up in Portland, so I just had to respond to your update.  It's such a charming city, and people ARE happy up there.  All the best, continued success on your tour, and I'm sure to see you soon as I struggle with the baby jogger up that big hill!
Alicia, next time come up to Seattle! Cafe Flora is to DIE!

Alicia,
It was really nice to meet you and see someone so convinced of what they do and believe in. You are an inspiration to me to treat myself so much better. I aksed you if you were going to get your book published in Australia. I really hope so. I'll let you know how my sister enjoys the book and recipes. Keep up the good work. *natalie
There are so many people in moving to Portland from here in Cincinnati. I hear it's a great place. Everyone I know who moved there are vegan too. Sounds like a great city.
