I just made some pan fried today with cinnamon and agave syrup. It was wonderful.

I had mochi for the first time today! I grilled some nectarines, pan-fried the mochi like in TKD (although it took about 10 minutes for them to puff up) and drizzled it with brown rice syrup....yummy!
Hi, Im new to this kind of food, and the labels are usually in a language I don't understand (Japanese lol) so once you open Mochi (from a prepared package), or just in general, how do you store it? cupboard? fridge? ferezer? It was on the shelf at the store....
I fried some up the other night in coconut oil and topped them with brown rice syrup, tofutti, and cinnamon. To die for!
