Blake-- I can find all my organic produce and products at the semi-local Kroger.  We also have a Whole Foods store about 1 hour 15 minutes away.  I try to make that trip once every other month.

I just had a granny smith apple for lunch.  I just lost my job on the 2nd and just found out unemployment is on hold so don't have much of an appetite.

Thank  you Kim H.  I just had a cup of sweet lily white tea from a place called Teavana.   This store is amazing.  I hope it's ok if I give everyone the link:http://www.teavana.com
My breakfast is usually gluten free oatmeal with blueberries, gojis, chia seeds, flax seeds, agave, and green powder.

Lunch is usually leftovers from dinner the night before or soup (I need lunch ideas!!!)

Dinner is usually a soup of sorts, veggies, grains, beans.

I blog a lot of my meals at GingerIsTheNewPink.blogspot.com

Check it out for more ideas!!! And send me some lunch ideas--no gluten or soy please!
Carrot/Orange Juice, blue/strawberry banana smoothie and apple cinnamon pretzel for breakfastAvocado sandwich + fries and cole slaw for lunch
yesterday it was a one shot deal, had vegan manicotti, garlic cheese bread and sausage wrap for all day food (moving, so our kitchen is out of business until 1st of Nov)

I actually just cooked my first two vegan meals ever from Alicia's book. I tried the Hijiki-Tofu Croquettes as well as the Gingered Green Beans with Hijiki. They both looked and tasted amazing, which just helps push me closer to my goals.

Oh, and I had Watermelon for dessert which was awesome. Ha! I forgot that.
