What is a flirt? Is it an acronym? I don't do these kinds of things on the computer and don't know the lingo and how to do many of the technical things.
I've tried being vegan on my own but fall off the wagon all the time because I don't plan ahead and I just put off the total commitment. And I haven't been able to find good recipes that are all healthy and very low salt, or no sugar or simple carbs and no trans fats. It's very hard to eat out. Much of the food is not filling and I'm hungry in 20 minutes or so.
Another problem I have is my nails break when I stick to it pretty well for about a week, and they keep breaking. Am I missing some nutrients?
If I can figure this site out and how to use it, I'll try to check back a few times a week because the suggestions I've read so far are good. Thanks everyone!
