Vegan in Boston & Walking for a Cause
Hi everyone,

I've been a Kind Lifer for about 2 weeks now and LOVING it! I've always loved cooking, so trying out these new recipes has been very fun and very delicious. Even my omni boyfriend loves the dishes I've been making. So far, cheese has been the hardest thing to give up, but I'm trying to stay focused and on track.

In addition to eating a Kind diet, I've been trying to give back to the community as much as I can. Me and my friends have decided to do the 2 day Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Boston on May 15th & 16th. I'll be walking a marathon and a half between those two days! My grandmother died 12 years ago from breast cancer at the age of 72. I've missed having her around as I grew up, and I'm committed to finding a cure for breast cancer. My boyfriend's mother is a two-time survivor of breast cancer, and is such a strong, hard-working, and kind-hearted woman. I'm walking in their honor. So many of us know someone who has dealt with breast cancer. So I am asking you to please donate to help me reach my goal of $1800! Even $5 or $1 would be very helpful :)

Here is a link to my personal page on the Avon website, where you can also donate to the cause. http://info.avonfoundation.org/site/TR?pg=personal&fr_id=1920&px=5297900&s_src=boundlessfundraising
