This is a low fat raw vegan diet where you eat raw, fresh, whole, organic and ripe fruits, vegetables and leafy greens. Most of your calories come from fruit and you eat them one fruit at a time until you are full. So, a meal of bananas could consist of 6-12 bananas, depending on your caloric needs. This diet works really well, but there are a couple of things you have to know, like making sure you eat enough leafy greens, making sure you do not overeat on fats etc...
