I agree straycat. I love the vegan cheese especially Diaya's cheddar and mozzerella. I make mini pizzas with a combo of cheddar and mozz diaya and it is so cheesy and delish.!!! I also will melt the cheddar with a bit of soymilk to make a sauce over cauliflower or add mozz to make a great zucchini parm. It's just a matter of trying new tastes and textures that will help you live healtier than when you ate all the bad dairy and meats you were raised on. Change can be hard for some but can also be wonderful and exciting. I find now to even think of using dairy of any kind or eating meat literally turns my stomach. Just be open to try new things and it will all fall into place. :)
