This looks delicious! I make a faux-tuna salad with Tempeh as well and one of my little tricks is adding crumbled up nori to make it taste fishier.  Give it a try!

I tried it the other night myself.  It *is* really tasty.  I've still got some leftovers that I wrap up in some nice crispy lettuce.  Yum!
