a gaythering storm... and other funny or die videos
I live in California and unfortunately those who wish for gay marriage were more violent than those who didn't.  I have a cousin who was pushed down by a gay man trying to impose his opinion.  My cousin was for gay marriage.  Go figure.
YAY GIRL!!! LONG LIVE GAYS!!! :) XOxoXX
I hope that this blog returns to its original intent of encouraging healthy living.
Alicia, I admire your open heart & mind and sense of humor!  Thank you for sharing these videos. :)  I believe this world needs more love & laughter, so thank you for both! This one is a classic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J---aiyznGQ
I would think supporting gay marriage is a part of healthy living and the KIND LIFE Ginny! This is Alicias world that you are a part of here.......cut her some slack........there are constant food promos here!!!!!!
Wow, some not very kind comments. How horrible that we treat each other so differently because of something like this. Such a shame that we can't unite as one race of people and give each other equal rights. Great job Alicia! I've seen that PSA before and I thought it was hilarious! Thanks for standing up for those who don't have equal rights and treating them kindly!

Please tell me you're not for real, because if you are then that's sad and kind of pathetic.

It is the 21st Century where the majority of people in this continent and across the rest of the world are hoping for change and equality.

May I please remind you that we are ALL God's children, whether that God be male, female or spirit. We are ALL accepted and we are ALL equal.

Prop 8 did pass - this time. But don't hold out - we'll change it

that's hilarious.  Compassion and Kind life for animals but not your fellow man?

Actually, I thought the intent of this blog was to promote kind living for all.  not cruelty and bigotry.  keep up the good posts!!!

If the intent is for a Kind Life to be represented, Rosa, why is it okay to make fun of conservatives and those who believe in God?  Because that is what the video did.  I understand that they have a different view point, but there are better ways to represent that...kinder ways.  I can't say that the other said is that kind either, but perhaps both sides need to find a kinder way to argue their points without bashing the other side.

Fun gay story... I was in Vancouver this weekend and was in line at Odessey with a couple straight friends and a couple gay friends. A few guys walked by us and whispered to each other "Look at all the straight people here tonight." Talk about perspective... it was such an awesome night!
Oh and I LOVE Sarah Chalke, she just gets me!!
I've been discriminated against and judged because I don't eat meat...so why on earth would it be okay to judge someone based on their inherent being?  Having an open and kind mind is a huge part of a person's overall health, and until you can full accept everyone and open your heart to new ideas, you will never truly be a healthy person.

It's the ones who go that violent step that ruin things for the rest of us.....
SO keep the others in mind- and make your informed and educated decision-
The videos were entertaining though.....yes, funny....
As far as the issue goes I will keep my opinions on this issue to myself as I feel I need to be more educated before letting go....although my opinion I think is already formed in my own mind!!

Ginny,
I completely agree with finding kinder ways to argue their points. But, it's hard to be kind when others are not being kind to you. I guess it's that "hit me and I'll hit you harder" mentality. That's kind of sad, isn't it? Too bad we all can't get along.
I live in British Columbia Canada and i am soo glad we have equal rights for gay marriage. I believe when people are truly happy in their lives and content with how THEY are living, then they don't have an issue with other people having happiness too.  I for sure have no issue with it, lets allow everyone people or animals be able to live the lives they were meant to and to the fullest.
O Noeesss the gays might marry! Quick talk about food again before we all start thinking clearly.

Just kidding. (But I love your food talk also). That video was very funny. (Religious people, your crazy people are as funny as our atheist crazy people so you are allowed to laugh at them also.)

Thanks!
