Accidental meal ;)

Was not really eating enough but this recipe gave me a kick start: Start by saute of onion and garlic amount up to you use olive oil add mushrooms and cook down then add baby spinach add one can of "hunts" crushed tomato sauce (hunts has such a great taste) served over what ever i did one pasta then next day over fake chicken patties...i then took out mushrooms and added zucchini and fresh corn yummy. If you have fresh basil put it in too
