I read the Kind Diet, and I know this may sound silly, but one point that really resonated with me was "great skin, no (cystic) acne". I'm 19, almost 20, and have had acne since I was 12. I've been a vegetarian for over a year and after reading your book am definitely thinking about going vegan. What do you think was the real cause of your acne? Was it the dairy, the meat, the sugar, or a combination?
