So there is a storm in Florida so Oprah got interupted right when Alicia was going to anwser her thought on if "cows are happy making happy milk and well treated chickens making their eggs"

What did she say?? I get this question alot...and to me ya id rather use the products of happy animals but what was her thought??

She said she would have to see those animals being happy first.

Oh okay! You should have seen how mad I got when the weather guy took over!

So I wonder though...say I had a happy pet chicken. Who got to listen to beautiful music daily lol...would it be ok? But true Id have to know the animal by name (cuz loved happy animals have names lol)

Hello- go to oprah.com or youtube and you can re-watch it.  It was good and worth the trouble of finding it again! Good LUCK!

It is certainly personal preference, but I think many people exclude eggs for more than just animal cruelty or dependency.  There is the issue of possible hormones, saturated fat, eating a "liquid chicken" ;) etc.  However, no judgement here regardless of your choices!

Hmm..I don't have cable...I watched the grocery store clip and cooking demo with Alicia, but was wondering where I might be able to watch most of the episode?  Any thoughts?  Thanks so much!
