I am wondering where to go to eat Vegan and some good places to shop for food.

I'm across the border in Hamiton, Ontario.  My husband is from Buffalo (grew up in Springville actually, lived in Buffalo for years until I stole him).

I love Buffalo. :)

Anyway, Have you been to "taste good", they have alot of veg meals, I love their sesame "chicken".

As for shopping, wegmans is fantastic for vegan food, and the coop on elmwood is a great place to get organics.  feel-rite has a lot of options as well.
