So I was wondering if anyone had any tips about getting all the healthy goodness of nuts without the actual nuts. I love the Kind Diet book and I've been trying to go vegan for years but I've found there is a lot of focus on the goodness of nuts as a replacement for animal products which would be fantastic only I'm really allergic. I also can eat soy. Is there any help out there for me or should I give up my dreams of leading a cruelty life now before I get to attached?
