They are in Downers Grove, IL.  It's a small restaurant that is all raw/vegan.  I went there back in Nov. and was blown away with how good the food was.
I was interested in the Gobble Green food service, but the cost was just way too high for me.  But I felt inspired to get something like that, to try new foods that were freshly made and portion-controlled.
I remembered that Borrowed Earth had food boxes.
I just picked up all of the food (that is packaged in bio-degradable paper containers) and put it all away in airtight storage containers.  I posted photos of all of the food on my profile if anyone wants to see it.  You pick up the food 2x per week, the total payment is $99 +tax.
I was so psyched all afternoon once I had decided to do this.  I can't wait to try everything!

I had the burrito when I ate there (the waitress suggested it for a 1st-timer).  Sooo good.  So far I have eaten the lasagna, a salad and 1/2 slice of cherry-chocolate cheesecake.  All winners!

Sounds really good. Will have my first visit there next week I'm hoping. I want to take my mom but we seem to be having issues with our timing.
