breakfast deliciousness
Morning all!

I just had to share with you the delicious breakfast I am currently enjoying, prepared as follows:

left-over quinoa + left-over roasted acorn squash + chopped pecans + chopped apricots + couple tbsp almond milk

Heat up and voila!  A simple and healthy start to your morning.  I do this alot with whatever leftover grains & root veggies I have in the fridge.
