Hi everyone, really new at this and reading the book as I type. It´s really good! Have´nt start on my vegan diet yet but I sure will. My questions for all of you is how you balance this diet with carbohydrates? In every other diet you are almost banned to eat carbohydrates such as pasta, rice, potatoes. Here in Sweden every other new diet is about low-carb.
So, do you get my question? How I´m I supposed to eat a vegan food and not get to much carb? Wanna loose some weight, help the environment and find that beautiful glow from inside out. Now I will continue reading the book...
