i have revised my last post since it did not create the response I was looking for. when reading my posts i tend to believe that the ideas will come across and the responses will be as I intend them to be. for instance if I write about energy and carrots I wish to discuss just that energy and carrots, if I mention carotene in the discussion I am the sort of writer that still wishes to discuss the energy produced from carrots. Transactional leadership and writing is attention to the specifics, such as plotting the stock market returns on a daily basis or taking a pulse rate and making decisions based on these phenomina. Transformational leadership and writing is centered around creating change for the well being, it involves reaching higher plateaus and conforming and succeding to levels of happiness and health through such things as morality, ethics and the inspiration of right conduct created by the love of well established, generation approved norms and value systems. Rules and numbers and analysis can be designed with the common good in mind and these always can lead you to where you wish to be in your life. i am very transformational in what I say and do, if i say tit and you say tat then i believe you that tat will help you reach that Higher form of health and happiness., regardless of my views on the benefits of tit and the reprocutions of tat, the answer for you is unequivacably tat in the Mark scheme for interaction and guidance. 2 =2 and 2 zillion is 2 zillion if you say it is, then I decide whether I can pay it. based on my love for tit, you can rest assured that I am not looking for a package of tat at 1 or 3 zillion, at least thats what I expect, which may all be tit instead of tat for tat lovers. i am looking for philosophy and if that is something that you are also looking for then read my posts, i have beliefs and ideas about living and breathing, not perscriptions. Since this is philosophy to me I enjoy this site very much. In essence I do wish that your ideas will be seen and heard on the kind life and i want you to be lead to your utopia , rather than be bogged down by the differences between your utopia and my heaven. It is America and the ideas that i present should represent what you expect rather than you being shocked and having to debate and become critical of the solutions. and if you are so inclind feel free to lead me away from what this world calls healthy, wealthy and wise debate, since poetry will always be healthier and wealthier to me in a world such as the one we all dwell in now.
