Christmas cookie recipes??

Does anyone have any good Christmas cookie recipes?  Preferably ones that have low (or no) sugar (confectioner's, granulated, or brown sugar).  I don't know if a recipe like this even exists and I would be willing to make cookies WITH sugar, if that's the only option.  I'd just like to make vegan Christmas cookies to take to my family's get-together.  I try to use brown rice syrup, agave nectar, or pure maple syrup as sweeteners when possible.  I'm specifically looking for a "typical Christmas cookie" - the sugar cookie kind with icing.  Any ideas/suggestions?  Thanks!

What about gingerbread men? I just found this recipe and am planning to make it this weekend! They do have a bit of white sugar in them, but are mostly sweetened with molasses... http://mutritiousnuffins.blogspot.com/2010/07/gluten-free-gingerbread-men.html

I make

almond sugar cookie cutouts ... seriously awesome
molasses spice cookies - these are everyone's fav .. they have black pepper in the spices and they really pop !
chocolate chip
M & M butter cookies
Peanut butter kisses
Anisette cookies
Thin mints  ( easy easy easy ... melt mint chocolate chips, dip ritz crackers, harden in fridge ) ... my boys devour these
Toffee candy

I am looking for an AWESOME oatmeal raisin cookie.... soft cookie that doesn't have a grainy sugary taste - anyone want to share.

Thanks a lot.
