This is really great! Sadly, I highly doubt that there are kind lifers in my vicinity.. But you never know! It would be nice to have people around me that don't mind it and could help!

EXACTLY! I AM THE ONLY VEGAN I KNOW probably within 50+ miles.....
Fort Payne, AL is a small place wedged between Chattanooga, TN (50-mi) and Rome, GA (45-mi) in extreme NE Alabama. But, I remain undaunted even without any [human] support!

There are many vegans in Pittsburgh who belong to meetups.com so that we can get together to share dishes/discussions and eat in vegan friendly restaurants. We just met last week at The Loving Hut, a new vegan restaurant in Robinson Town Center.
On Feb. 6 at 3 p.m., Gene Baur from Farm Sanctuary will give a lecture at the University of Pittsburgh, David Lawrence Hall, Room 120. Lecture is free and open to the public. Book signings at the end of lecture.

Not sure how many would be around the UK to be honest but I better buy the book in the next few days. Don't want to confuse people with macrobiotics & always learned that in order to learn from someone you have to try it strict their way first.
Shame you don't have an Amazon Kindle ebook version but I have it ordered. :)
