Davi's Quinoa Pilaf
This dish is a hit with just about everyone!!!  sautee half chopped onion ,salt and pepper few chopped celery stalks, some chopped mushrooms, I love portabella... and dried cranberries, when soft add 1 cup  quinoa to 2 cups water... simmer and then add more cranberries...YUM and a great meal,,, fresh sage can be added as well.. I have added chopped spinach or kale as well!  beautiful and delicious!

That sounds really good! I made a quinoa thingy last night with kidney beans, caramelized onions, tomatoes, and red pepper! It was good...
I've fallen in love with quinoa!

Its good at breakfast too with a little sliced apple and maple syrup...mmmm
