I have always suffered bad constipation, was diagnoed with Celiac disease a couple of years ago.
Recently started on TKD 8 days ago and have had Diarreah a few times soon after eating. I am going to start a food diary and see if there is any link to a certain food, off the top of my head I dont think so. I am using rice milk which i have been drinking for the last coule of years, i have not introduce any new foods like soy or anything. The only major change to my diet is the meat/eggs and the very occasional cheese. I have been mosting diary free and 100% Gluten free for over 2 years.
Could it be my body adjusting? did anyone else have this ?
