Yet another day and I have not lost weight. I still have post nasal drip and occasional shortness of breath. I am entered in a contest at work called the Biggest Loser. We are split up into teams. I don't want to let my team down. Can anyone give me a sample of a full day's menu when one is trying to lose weight including food suggestions and amounts. I know this is alot to ask but my team mates are counting on me. I would like to lose about 50 pounds. Any help would be appreciated.
