I am just passing this on to whomever is interested; I found tonnes of vegan/macrobiotic recipes on Eden Food's website www.edenfoods.com Because there are so many recipes on their site, I find it easy to pick out a recipe for ingredients I already have in the fridge rather than wasting gas driving to the store.
