sanae's cooking demos
I love Eric and Seed! He is amazing and I could eat there every day of the week. I'll be sure to do video coverage of one of these events and share it with you! ~ Eco-Vegan Gal
It's actually Sanae Suzuki, Eric's wife, that will be giving all the lectures and cooking demos. Sanae has been practicing macrobiotics since 1993 and has a wealth of knowledge to share with everyone. Hope you can come to her events and check out her new book!

ironic, if I'm correct I believe Lechasseur means the hunter!!
Iv'e a great many good things about Seed .. next time i'm near by will be in to chill & see what he has @ meal time  ..
Thanks for clarifying Christy - I love Sanae too (as you know)! I will be at one of the events for sure.
Harv - make sure to go to Seed. They make the best veggie burgers I've ever had. You can check out my reviews here:http://ecovegangal.blogspot.com/search?q=seed+kitchen
Hmmm sometimes I wish I were in L.A.!  Especially with this storm here in Boston. I'll have to research and see if there are any cooking classes in the North East.
Please let me know Kerry if you hear of any kind of classes in the Boston area.  I would love to learn more.
So envious of you west coasters!  Where I live, the closest thing to vegan is the veggie sub at subway... ugh.

At least through the kind life, I have learned that I can create lovely food here at home for my honey and littles.  (my girls aged 6 and 5 gobbled up the Leek, pesto crostinis like they were snickers bars!- how cool is that?- now if only they would believe me when I say that the vegan chocolate is just as good- they're not yet convinced!)  smiley-smile.gif
i love seed!  they were kind enough to treat us to a lunch there for our food blog.  my only problem was that there's no bathroom!  i had to hold it for 3 hours because i don't live on the west side!
yes if any ones hears any around the boston area that would be great. :)
i really wish i lived in california =( maybe i'll have to move out there one day, cause none of these exciting cooking demos happen in CT!
Im so jelous... Practically no one in GA is vegan.  Its hard not having anyone to talk to about it.
PLEASE do the one at Book Soup!  That is right near where I live.  :)  I would love to come!
Next time I'm in L.A., my work peeps and I will check out this place. We went to Real Food Daily (in Santa Barbara??) last time and loved it.
Hannah... I know what you mean.  I live in S E Wisconsin and I don't know anyone in this town who is a vegan.....
