Somebody help me! I think I am around 7 weeks (appt. w midwife is scheduled but haven't seen one yet) I went from being this whole grain and veggie health nut to this first time pregnant woman who can't stomach anything but processed junk! I am ashamed and sad but all my usual foods make me feel like getting sick! I am reduced to eating rice cakes, wheat thins, baked potatoes, chips, and even Top Ramen! I am slipping with little bits of dairy and I have eaten two eggs since being pregnant. I don't want to slack off and I def. don't want to eat junk food either but it is what I CAN eat. I managed to squeeze in blackberries and half of an avacado today but I haven't eaten a green veggie in two days. I took two bites of collard greens with ACV last night and that was all I could stand for!
Tell me this gets better by month three! Does anyone have any tips for quelling the nausea so that I can stand to eat my regular foods? Help!
