I recommend (from my vast three weeks of experience starting as a vegan lol)
Dr. Praegger's burgers- they are amazing
Braggs Liquid Aminos is a great addition to many recipes including salad dressing
Green smoothies- try everything, if you don't like it, at least taste it first. Add at least one peice of fruit to make it taste better. Try adding juice or water and ice. I hear some people add frozen berries.
Tofu can be fun but you have to figure out how to cook it right
Try going to tons of websites like Ani Phyo or Sarma Magnelis (sp?) who are cooks and they have some amazing raw vegan dishes that are simple.
That should help for a little while anyway!
