i made the fresh pressed salad with nappa cabbage, radicchio, radishes and carrot! amazing! i actually thought it wouldn't work as when i was 'massaging' it with the salt there was no liquid like she says. but when i pressed it for the 35ish minutes there totally was. i rinsed it cuz it was too salty for me and it was so amazing. sweet and delish! my new summer fave. (and my guests loved it too)
