i just made a few ecorative jars of this divine jam to give out to friends as presents. it is delicious...but the jars cannot be heat seales because it will become dry.
8 persimmons + 1 ripe mango + juice from half a lemon + 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar - warm slightly in a pot until the fruit is slightly soft (not for long and not on high) - blend until super smooth - put into jars and eat probably within a week. it is fantastic!
