I ate this for dinner tonight & thought they both tasted wonderful ! My teenage son enjoyed them too.k This was the first time I've tasted bok choy & really liked it.
Hi Michelle - Have you tried putting Ume Plum Vinegar on the Bok choy?.. Holy Moly its soo good. I just found out though that the Plum vinegar has 1050mg of sodium in one teaspoon so I'll have to cut back on that addiction. Its kind of nice to have a vegetable as your addiction. ;-) Enjoy!
