I am a long time Equinox member and starting next week...a FITNESS INSTRUCTOR at my local Equinox in Westchester (scarsdale) NY!

I cannot say anough wonderful things about this gym!

If you live near my gym, pls come and take my class Tuesday mornings at 8:30! It's Tabata Cardio-a high intensity interval training progam that was developed in Japan in 1996 by Izumi Tabata and is a fantastic workout whether you're doing more muscular type tabatas or cardio ones!

Regardless-if you live near any Equinox-GO! They have wonderful instructors at every single one I've ever been to-including some AMAZING yoga and pilates classes, as well as every type of cardio, sculpt and spin you can imagine. I go 6 days a week-it is my home away from home. The staff is so friendly it feels like a family!

I loved Equinox when I lived in L.A.  And even if you cannot go right now, their 3-day trial memberships are ongoing.  Well, at least they were for years when I went.  It's not just through this website or anything.  They give the trial to anyone interested.  So just in case you read this for the first time a few weeks from now, don't worry that this offer has expired.  Just go and check one out and tell them you're interested in the trial membership!

we belonged to the equinox on greenwich ave in the west village when we lived there and both LOVED it.  they also have a great juice bar worth trying if you're in the area.  the soy luck club is just down the street as well on the corner of jane and it has come great vegan treats!
