Ginger Baked Tofu - your thoughts?

I'm making the ginger baked tofu tonight (it's marinating now!) and i'm curious if anyone else, who isn't a huge fan of tofu in general, has made this and really liked it?  I normally only really like fried tofu that I get with thai take-out, but I saw some great reviews for this recipe and thought I should give it a try.

I really like this one even though I always like tofu!  I've made it twice and it worked out great both times.     My friend tried some the 2nd time I had it, and liked it, and she had never tasted tofu before.  I don't know if she would have liked tofu in general, but as a newbie, she gave it a thumbs up.

i've never made ginger baked tofu but i often bake tofu. put some soy sauce or chili sauce on it or nothing at all. i put the baked tofu in wraps, in sandwiches or just on some brown rice with some steamed greens. its nice and easy and can be used in leftovers for a quick meal.

Thanks Everyone - I had this 2 nights ago and again last night and it was so good!  The second night, I fried it up in some safflower oil and then cut it up and put it in a wrap with veggies and vegenaise...this was SO good!

The best thing that has ever passed my lips. And I hate ginger. How does that work?!

Also experiment with different tofus. I like the "brick" version the best (by Wildwood Farms. Don't care for silken "Mori Nu" at all unless it's for a tofu scramble.
