Personally I don't have anything planned for today, to be honest mardis gras is not really my kind of holiday... I'm going to the mall then I'll take my time to answer your blog of yesterday when I feel like doing it...

I made the Vegan Jambalaya last night for dinner.  It was super yummy.  I used vegan sausage in stead of bacon and chicken in mine.  We alway celibrate at work. Our boss passes out leftover beads for everyone to wear for the day. 

I recently went to Mardis Gras and I loved it. I didnt get to see fat tuesday which is today but nothing beats being down there in NOLA for the real thing. Happy Fat Tueday!!!!

I am enjoying Mardi Gras right here in my hometown of New Orleans! I love this place so much!!! I am so glad to be enjoying it with all of my friends and family!!! :)
