Healing Crisis

Hi everyone, I recently started following the kind diet. I've always been mostly vegetarian, but just started being vegan a few days ago. I've noticed that I've had little bouts of weakness and feeling sluggish, also (TMI) I've had some pretty bad stomach issues(GAS). I'm eating a wide varity of foods so I don't think I'm not eating enough. Also my mouth feels gross (bad breath) even though I have good dental hygiene. Do you think this is just my body's way of ridding itself of toxins? Thanks

Hi Celeste...what kind of foods have you eliminated or added?

Well, obviously I've eliminated dairy,lol and I've added miso soup amd more greens. I guess the extra greens could cause the symptoms until my body adjusts. I've always eaten plenty of grains like brown rice that i continue to eat.

I was wondering if you cut out sugar or caffeine, something that would detox. Or if you added soy or something that would cause an intolerance. sounds like you are doing great. Maybe extra fiber in greens is causing probems.
