Hello!
I've been flirting with the vegetarian world for almost a year, and I'm now ready to become a full fledged vegetarian (and plan on now flirting with the vegan world)!
My concern is my two daughters ages 7 and 2. Sadly (and with great shame) all they really know is mac-n-cheese, chicken nuggets, hot dogs and the like :( How can I transition them into healthier (meat free) eating that they will actually eat??? Especially since my husband, albiet he wants to start eating healthier, refuses to give up his meat.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!
