I am so excited that I found this forum. I have been a vegetarian for about 25 years, but I am newly vegan. After doing a raw cleanse to start the new year, I thought it was a perfect time to go vegan. I have also given up highly processed foods and white foods (flour, sugar & rice), artificial sweeteners and caffeine (these last two are the hardest for me).
I was searching the web to see if I could find answers as to why I am so tired, and came about this site. I am looking forward to learning more.
