So I never really review anything because I am never really blown away by anything. Yet, Hoopnotica is an amazing company. I saw a few videos on youtube and decided to order a hoop. I am extremely short so I had to email them numerous times with a bunch of questions. I even called and spoke with someone and I am truly amazed by this company. Not only do they have amazing products (hoops, dvd's) but they have amazing customer service and morals. Also, when I called I spoke to a person. Not a machine, but a real life human with a heartbeat who answered all of my questions with kindness and respect.
