Inspiration for losing last 10 pounds?

I've been a vegan for almost a year and am looking to lose around 10-15 pounds. I workout out moderately, around 2-3 hot power yoga classes a week as well as 30-45 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week plus strength training 3 times a week. I don't count calories - but I do avoid processed foods, refined sugars and carbs. I've tried eating more superhero in the past, but honestly my body can't handle eating grains at every meal. Also, I really enjoy spicy food. Any tips or weight loss success stories? Any advice would be appreciated!

Drink a liter of water first thing when you wake in the morning.  It's a for sure weight loss tip, per David Wolfe, raw food nutritionist.

Ann, how will drinking that much water help?  I too am looking to loose the last 15 pounds.

Drinking a lot of water helps in that often, our hunger can be confused with thirst and dehydration. By making sure to get enough water throughout the day, it can help to not only fill you up and keep you hydrated, but will also suppress the hunger pangs caused by dehydration.

I drink half my body weight in ouces.  So I weigh 133 pounds so I drink about 56 ounces of water a day.  I don't think I can drink much more than that and I have been this for a year and I haven't lost any weight.

I remember before that whenever I started to lose my motivation I would just picture how awesome it would feel to look great and to be able to go to the beach in a 2 piece and get guys staring at me. Haha, it worked for me :). You feel so great when you're happy and confident with your body and you're so close to it
