I am not a fan of tofu. there are only a couple of ways I can tolerate to eat it! Does tofu have to be part of a healthy vegan diet? What can I use to add the needed protein to my diet. I recently found out that I am pregnant and want to make sure I can eat a good balanced vegan diet that will meet my baby's needs. I am only a vegetarian right now. but have been flirting with veganism for quite a while and really want to adopt a kind diet for both me and my kids. so is tofu a must?
