I absolutely love cookies and even scones, they are such delicious treats... Since I live in Canada and never created a recipe I wouldn't feel right submitting one, but it's definitely the best vegan treat I can think of...

I'm already making vegan cookies for all of my friends and family as gifts for the holidays, so this contest is perfect! I can't wait to test out some new recipes!

I became creative in the kitchen this year. I took my mom's cookie recipes and made them vegan by substituting out ingredients. The result was delicious!
