I've been intending to read The Kind Diet for months now, and finally got my hands on it! It is exactly what I needed to motivate me even more. I gave up cows, chickens and pigs for a year now, but was still gorging on seafood, eggs and dairy even after reading the China Study. It's hard when you don't have the spousal support, but change takes work and time! My husband, who's a physician, initially joked he wanted a divorce when I became a vegetarian. He also asked if I would eat meat for his birthday!! Still working on him, but everyone needs to make the decision for themselves. Thanks so much for writing this amazing book Alicia!
