lea michele’s guilty pleasure…

Mmmm...I LOVE Galaxy vegan pepperjack!

A simple pleasure that makes me happy and completely satisfied is a big salad with lots of different veggies - lettuce, shredded carrots, chopped tomatoes, cuc's and peppers, bok choy, corn - plus raisins, sunflower seeds, avocado, and my favorite dressing. A glass of red wine with some orange slices and ice is a fav as well!

Minus the avocado I say YUM!  I'm addicted to tomato sandwiches.  :D  Especially with fresh basil.  Totally delish!!

guilty pleasure has to be sweet and saras vegan smore!!!! yummmm

Yum! I have made something similar to this. Quick and easy.

I recently tried Our Daily Red and loved it.  Found it at a liquor store close to home for about $7 a bottle!  If it costs more than that at Whole Foods, I'd looke elsewhere for it. :)

That sounds amazing! Have you ever tried Tofurky (peppered) slices. I love them. I'm also loving the recipes from Vegan Planet. Winter squash with aduki beans, mushroom "quiche" so good. Has anyone seen Forks over Knives in the theater. It was so great to see the movie after having read The China Study (by Colin Campbell). I can't wait to read Rip Esselstyn's new vegan fireman cookbook.  Has anyone seen Bag it about the effects of plastic bags on the environment/our health? I tried to search Alicia's site but couldn't come up with anything about the movie. Such a powerful movie. It really opened my eyes about my/our contribution to the polution problem everytime we accept a plastic bag at a store etc.

My guilty pleasure is a homemade wholewheat pizza topped with sauce, Daiya cheese, Field Roast apple sage sausage and any other good veggie that happens to be in my fridge.

Also, anything with vegenaise.

organic, vegan, gluten free, lowfat NO added oils, low sugar (og. brown sugar)

AND she is coming out with a sugar free cookie this summer just for me : )   ...because I asked

SO delicious!

and her story is a great one too, of saving her life by going vegan. I have met her at the Melrose Place Farmers Market... she is a marathon runner now after losing 150 lb

that seems like a yummy meal except I no longer eat cheese...I think I'm allergic to dairy products...I like to eat organic tofu, instead...it makes for a yummy meal stir fried with organic vegetables flavored with garlic, onion, and ginger (all organic, of course)...

Blue chips and guacomole or hummus.  Just can't stop myself once I've started.

Making me hungry!

My favorite "guilty pleasure" meal starts with a salad... but the main is a tvp/mac / vegan cheese casserole with a breadcrumb topping.  It's currently my family's favorite (but I like to challenge the number one spot with new great meals).

Also LOVE portobello bake... mmmmmmm.  But it's not really guilty!

That looks so good. I'm going to try it tonight. Never have tried the rice cheese.

By the way - I should have mentioned - LOVE Lea Michelle's work.  I heard a 30 minute interview with Jonathon Groff... and from what he said, she's wonderful on and off set. Makes me happy that such a powerful person - with a huge following - is vegan.  And kind.

@ Karen Lee - Isn't rice cheese a dairy free cheese in the US? It is here in the UK x

@Karen Lee   the rice cheese isn't dairy. So you can enjoy this!
