Hi Alicia, your meal looks amazing and I wish we had more restaurants available in the Westchester County NY area like this one. Do you have any experience with beans making you gain weight? Have I gone overborad? I ate about 500 calories worth of beans and seemed to gain 5 pounds overnight...

I wish VEGAN restaurants would come to Long Island......the one vegan place we had in Jericho recently shut down-
