I'm going to a bbq and said I would bring a side dish.  I would love to do a great potato salad...anyone have a fabulous recipe to share?  Thanks!

I don't have a fabuous recipe to share, lol, but it's good with red potatoes, celery and red onion chopped real small (and still raw) with basil, parsley, and a balsamic vinegarette. I don't know if it's "potluck" worthy but I love it!

My potato salad, as the one above, may not be "fabulous" but my husband and I like it :) ::

New potatoes, veganaise, a little bit of mustard (yellow or brown, your choice) to taste, chopped green olives, and a sprinkling of Cavender's Greek Seasoning (this is what it looks like http://www.greekseasoning.com). We don't like onions or celery, but if you do, I'm sure that would be great, too. The olives really give it a different taste, to me. Add all ingredients to your liking.. no actual measurements.
