my boy has been vegan since conception. i make all his purees from scratch, he likes to eat a lot. a typical day could be breakfast..oatmeal cereal with a pureed fruit mixed in, lunch..avocado and banana mashed together, a piece of sprouted grain toast,snack..soy yogurt mixed with apple puree,dinner..brown rice cereal,carrots pureed with chickpeas and mango chunks for dessert. all the soy he consumes is organic. he has vitamin d mixed with his oatmeal and i crush a b12 tablet in as well once a week. i try to get some flax oil mixed in there as well. anyone who has an opinion or a suggestion i would truly appreciate it:)
