Love being "kind"
Hi, I'm a 41 yo pt working mom to 2 wonderful kids and a loving husband.  I've been vegan on/off for a few years.  I've been being "kind" for the past few weeks and the transformation has been amazing.  I've lost 15lbs and my skin is a clear as a bell.  I'm calmer, more centered and more relaxed.  My biggest challenge day to day is the fact that I have gluten intolerance, so my choices in eating have been pretty limited.  I cannot eat oatmeal or any other sort of "kind" starches that are good for you.  My new way of eating is based mainly on greens and fruits.  I found an awesome all organic green meal replacent drink that has been like a fountain of youth to me.  It's filling and is chock full of all the raw greens you need for the day.  Since I'm busy, it's been a lifesaver.  One big glass in the morning keeps me going til way past lunchtime.  I am so much more aware and in tune to how my body feels after I eat and it's been an amazing transformation for me.  Eating the foods that God wants us to eat is so simple.  And I am setting a great example for my kids as well.  I am hoping that by seeing how happy and healthy I am becoming, it's going to make them want to live the same way.  The children are our future and I want my kids to make this world a beautiful place for their kids someday.
