Im trying to find a really good Macrobiotic Doctor to talk to and help me nutrition myself! I live in the Cincinnati, OH area and am very underenergized, underwieght, and confused about what is going on with my body. Don't exactly have a handle on this way of eating, but have no particular food cravings so will eat whatever necassary to get what I need to feel balanced. Trying to get a variety without wasting food is a bit tricky for me. My mom is willing to take me to a Macrobiotic Nutritionist/Counsler and also checking it out herself. We are having trouble finding one in the Cincinnati area. This is uncharted territory for us as of now... Any help, suggestions, experiences, or actual names of doctors?

I grew up in Cincinnati, OH, and I can tell you that it is very hard to find anything related to this diet there!  What I can suggest is possibly going to Jungle Jim's in Fairfield, OH.  Since he has an extensive list of exotic foods and cooking courses, they should have information about how to find a nutritionist.
