It's soup season.  I wanted to share a bean soup made with sixteen bean mix, edamame beans, tempeh and all the usual suspects-garlic, oregano, thyme, and simmered in a vegetable/tomato broth.  Enjoy :)  Here is a link to my recipe and blog.
