I recently read that some companies use lard in order to reduce the foam in maple syrup.  Does anyone know where to get maple syrup that is completely vegan?

I buy my maple syrup in our local farmers market.  I don't know where you live, but here in Michigan it's possible to get pure local syrup.  I know I have also seen it at health food stores, but it was more expensive.

We buy Maple Syrup from Trader Joes.  It is 100% pure and I think the proce is really good as well.
