I was just curious when a receipe calls for maple syrup what Grade everyone is using. I wasn't sure whether to buy Grade A or Grade B Maple Syrup, I'm in the US.

Hi! I always use Grade B syrup. It's higher in nutrients, and I think it has a more natural flavor. Hope this helps :)

I am curious if you have to buy organic as long as it is 100% maple syrup (with no other ingredients), isn't that free of pesticides?
